NeoGov is generally
used for online courses assigned by HR.
To sign in, it is
normally via SSO (Single-Sign-On). However NeoGov can be accessed on any
computer such as at home, on a mobile device, etc. If the user is not using a
computer domain joined on NeoGov, SSO will not trigger, the user will need to
sign in with their County email address as the user name and sign in with the
password they believe is correct. If there are any issues with signing in due
to the password, the user can request a password reset and the password reset
email will be sent to their county email address.
